I offer the following services: Dog Poop
Scooping and Cat Litter Box Cleaning. I also do limited pet sitting.
Dog Poop Scooping: I will first schedule an introductory
meeting to see what type of service you will require and give you a cost estimate and meet your dog(s) to see if they will
allow me in their yard. Sometimes the one-time cleaning or first time cleaning can be done that day. If you wish to have weekly
service, you will need to make sure I have access to your yard and if needed to have your dog(s) confined on that day.I will
come on the service day, scoop the waste, double bag it and place it in your non-recycle trash container. Payment for first
time clean ups and one-time clean ups are due on that day, after the initial clean up, you can be billed monthly. I bill
at the end of the month and payment is due by the 20th. $5.00 late fee will be charged if payment is received after the 20th.
Service will be temporarily suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of late fee. Service will restart when payment
is made and you will be changed to a pre payment plan and must pay prior to the 1st of the month. There will be an additional
charge for leaves or debris that would need raking in order to get all the waste or if the lawn is not mowed often. There
is a $25.00 returned check charge.
Cat Litter Box Cleaning: SCOOPABLE LITTER ONLY
I come to your home, scoop out
the waste, deodorize the box(es) and vaccum surrounding area. The double bagged waste is placed in your non-recycle trash
container.
As needed I will do a complete change of the litter and clean and disinfect the litter box(s) at an additional
fee. I must have access to the boxes, so someone will have to be home or I will need a key to get in. Payment agreement is
the same as for dog poop scooping.

For pet sitting: I can take care
of your pets food and water needs and a little play time, if you are to be away from home. Price will depend on where you
live and how long of a time you will be away.
